How to Use?

Consume 1 Serving after workout in 200-300 ml water. Add Ice to make the shake tastier. It is recommended to use Whey Protein with water after workouts. However you can dissolve Whey Protein in Milk when using it at other times of the day.

How much Whey Protein should i consume?

Depending on your protein requirements, you can use 1 – 4 servings of whey protein per day. You should ideally consume 2x Grams of Protein per Kg of your body weight. If you weigh 70 Kg, you should consume 140 G Protein per day. More than half of this should come from diet and the remaining can come from your Whey Protein Supplements.

When is the right time to consume Whey Protein?

The best time to consume Whey Protein is right after your workouts.     Decent protein in the Market but definitely not the best

    I have used this product for quiet a sometime. Here are some pro’s and con’s.
    Pro’s : 1. Delivers 25 gms 100% Whey Protein per serving of 30 gms which is quiet good. 2. Good and instant mixablility. 3. Average results when other whey’s are taken into consideration. 4. Good Price per serving. 5. Low on carbs and 6gms BCAA per serving,
    Con’s: 1. Makes very thin shake. Tastes not that great. 2. Average protein and Average result.

    I was sceptical buying from you guys at first. My doubts were cleared on the chat so i thought of giving it a try because the price you were offering was probably the lowest.
    I got the delivery in 4 days. There was Kar Enterprises seal and your seal as well. Nothing i could find that would negate the authenticity of the product.
    It’s a really good deal to get authentic Prostar at Rs. 4600. Keep up the great wok.

    First of all , I have Tried mostly all the brands, Be it ON,Dymatize,Muscleblaze,Etc etc . And Cocoa mocha is one of the best flavour I have ever tasted. Previously I had Ordered Raspberry flavour . At first you love the taste but then it becomes too boring and it tastes Amazing with milk , But it sucks with water.But But but Cocoa Mocha tastes the BEST in milk as well as in water. And to people who talk about amazing transformation from this products. Well it ain’t any magic pill. The amount of good Nutrition you provide the better results.In future I would think about ordering Mint chocolate and would go further with Ultimate as it is cost effective as compared to ON!     One of the best locally available whey protein

    High protein content, good taste but, a little too sweet for my taste. It’s good with water, and even better with milk. I haven’t had any problems digesting it as well. And I’m consuming well over 60 gm each day. Definitely recommend it for increasing your daily protein intake. Make sure you buy original otherwise its a waste of money.

    Have been using this whey protein since last one month. Recently received another 5.28 lb tub of banana flavour.I can definitely see some muscle building with moderate workout. Now planning to go for real heavy weights. Let’s see. Cocoa Mocha & Banana both taste great. But most importantly you get 25 gm of protein in a single scoop of 30 gm. So, if you take 3 scoops per day you will get 75 gm protein…which is awesome. For rest of the protein requirement, you can easily fulfill through solid foods like chicken, eggs, beef, broccoli etc. One more important thing is that it helps in quick muscle recovery too. Overall, a great whey protein. And last but not the least, Acacia service is too good. The prices are amazing. You can chat with them in realtime when having a doubt while buying.
