Order Placement

1. By placing the order you agree that you consent to our terms and conditions.
2. The product images are just a depiction of the product and may not represent the actual product.
3. A brand may change it’s labeling and Acacia World can not be held responsible to updating the new packaging every time a brand makes any outward changes to a product or its supplement facts.
4. The description of a product mentioned are to the best of our knowledge. There may be slight differences in the same.

Order Cancellation

1. Acacia World holds the right to cancel any order.
2. Acacia World can cancel the order if the price of a product on offer is wrong. We will notify the customer and will cancel or edit the order.
3. Acacia World can cancel your order if we feel that the order is a fake or that the address given is wrong or that the phone number/email address provided gives us no response.
4. In any other case of order Cancellation, we will inform you either via phone or via email or both.

Returns & Refunds

1. Please read our returns policy carefully before ordering.
2. You can contact us if you find any ambiguity or need any doubt cleared before ordering a product.
3. Acacia World may not refund an order in case we determine that the return claimed is from malicious intent.

Changes To This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
