Order Cancellation and Refund for Pending Orders
Prepaid Order Cancellation
For prepaid orders, full amount will be refunded back into the account used for transaction within 4 business days of order cancellation.
In some scenarios we may ask for your bank account details or UPI Id for processing refunds.
Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation
For COD orders, the refund will be processed in customer’s bank account or UPI Id.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid UPI Id or Bank Account number to accept a refund.
Order cancellation and Refund for Dispatched Orders
For both Prepaid and COD orders
Orders that have been dispatched can not immediately be cancelled.
You can refuse to accept the delivery of the order and it will automatically be returned to us.
For COD orders no refund is required to be processed.
For Prepaid orders a refund will be processed once the Tracking Number shows the status “Return To Origin” (RTO).
Order Return and Refund for Delivered orders
Orders will be returned and refunded as per "Acacia Returns Policy"
If the order satisfies the criteria of Acacia Returns Policy, we will pick up the order from your side.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pack and bind the order for return processing.
Once the order reaches us, we will inspect the product. Please go through Acacia Returns Policy.Â
If there are no issues, we will process a Refund.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed by refunding the amount back into the account that was used for payment. We may ask for your UPI Id or Bank Account Details to process the refund.
For COD orders, the refund will be processed in Bank Account or UPI Id given to us by customer.
