Applies to all “Acacia” Products
- We standby our products.
- If you dont like them in anyway, we will take them back. No Questions Asked.
- In case you want a refund for the product we will be happy to do so.
- We will also be happy to replace the product.
- You must notify us for exchange/return within 14 days of order delivery, after which Acacia Great Products Guarantee will be void.
ACACIA GENUINE PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Applies to “All Products” sold on Acacia World, except “Acacia” Products.
- We guarantee that the product we ship to you will be genuine.
- We can not take responsibility of the product itself (Taste, Texture, Mixability), just that we source it from an authentic source and that the product will be genuine.
- In case you bring to our notice that the product you received is not genuine or is damaged or for any reason you wish to return it, we will do so, No Questions Asked.
- The criteria is that the product should be sealed and you must notify us for exchange/return within 14 days of order delivery, after which Acacia Genuine Products Guarantee will be void.
- Once the seal of the product is violated, it can not be returned or exchanged.
