Orders and Shipping

You will receive your order within 2-5 days.

We dispatch you order within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11 am may be dispatched on the same day.

Once the order has been dispatched, you can not change the address. You can call us and we can arrange for the dispatched product to be called back and ship you a new product.

Please note that in case of a COD order, we can ship the new product immediately. In case of a pre paid order we will have to wait for the order to be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) before we can ship a new product.

You can track the status of your order from your account page. Just login to you account, go to orders and track. You will also receive links to track your order on Whatsapp, email and SMS from where you can easily track your order with one click.

No, Acacia World does not store any payment information including bank details, credit card details or any such sensitive information.

Cash on Delivery is a service provided by the courier partners. They have a list of pin codes that can not be serviced for COD payment collection. While most of the pin codes can be services for COD, some may not. In this case you will have to place a pre paid order.

We check each and every product before dispatch and we ship your orders in a secure packaging. However, in an unlikely scenario where you do receive a damaged carton, we urge you to Not accept Delivery of your order.

Product Quality & Authenticity

You can find all the product details like, Flavor, Servings, Veg/Non Veg, Expiry Date, Importer/Brand Details on the product page.

All the products you receive will have a verifiable sticker/QR Code/Scratch Code. Please follow the instructions on the sticker to authenticate your product on the brand website.

Expiry date of each product is mentioned on the product page. We do not sell any product if it has less than 4 months left to expire. We may offer near expiry products on Sale at a discount, but this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

If you have already purchased a product and have changed your mind before the product is delivered to you, we suggest you refuse to accept the delivery of the product and inform us, we will cancel the order.

If you have received the product, do not open the seal of the product. Inform us and we will arrange a reverse pickup of your order (or a part of the order)

Refunds are processed in the same account that was used to make the payment.

In case of a COD order, we may ask for your UPI Id to make a refund.

Small changes like flavour can be made in the order. Changes that will change the order amount can not be done. For such changes you will need to cancel the current order and create a new order.

Yes, you can pre order (or Backorder) some items. This can be for items that are newly launched and are expected to arrive at our warehouse soon or for items that are currently out of stock and we are expecting them to be back in stock in our warehouse soon.

If you backorder a product, you will receive an alert of on the checkout page that the item you are ordering is not in stock, it will be backordered.

For Pre Orders (Backorders) we suggest that you choose the payment method as COD.
