How to Use?

Worst Protein – Too sweet and very bad mixability
I bought this protein considering it as a foreign brand and positive reviews on other site. Before this I used Acacia Whey Totale which is very good product.
After using it for first time I noticed that it has a very poor mixability. Lot of lumps are formed and ff you dont have blender, it will take atleast 7-10 minutes of stirring. Taste is worst. Believe me, it is sweeter than sugar. I literally felt like puking after few sips though i have a sweet tooth. I am using this with Cinnamon powder as post workout shake. I am not worried about results as the taste and mixability kills it for me. I should have sticked with Whey Totale from Acacia. The nutritional information page says that it has 18gms of protein instead of 21 gms.
My advice: Dont waste your hard earned money on this product thinking of it as foreign brand. If you have this budget, go for Acacia Whey Totale which is far better than this.
