This phased digestion of protein gives sustained supply of protein to the muscles from a duration which helps in efficient recovery.
Rule 1 Whey Protein blend is packed with naturally-occurring BCAAs and glutamine. With breakdown of protein, Glutamine, Branched Chain Amino Acids and other Essential Amino Acids are released.

You should ideally consume protein (in Grams) that is 1.5 times your body weight (in Kg). So if you weight 80 Kg, you should ideally consume 120 G of protein to maintain lean muscles. However depending on your goals, your protein requirement may change. Please keep in mind that you should focus on getting protein from all sources, Whey Protein Supplements as well as from food.
What is the best time to consume protein?
The best time to consume protein is right after your workouts since that is the time when you need protein to recover from your exercises. Another time to consume protein is right before going to bed at night. This is the time when your body will be at rest and you will synthesise muscle mass. You can consider using a slow digesting protein like Soy Protein or Casein Protein for night. A supplement such as Muscletech Muscle Builder PM can also be very beneficial when consumed at night keeping in mind that quite a bit of gains can be made when you are asleep or resting.
What other supplements can be used along with Rule 1 whey to boost gains?
You can use other supplements depending on your goals. Use a pre workout to improve stamina and endurance, use a Creatine supplement to improve bulk and power in the body, use BCAAs separately to improve recovery and prevent muscular catabolism. You can also use Fat Burners or L Carnitine along with CLA to boost Fat Loss in the body.
What amount of water or milk should I use with Rule 1 serving?
You should ideally consume Rule 1 Whey Blend right after your workouts with water. If you are using another serving at night before going to bed, you can use milk. However, milk can complicate digestion of the product. We advise you to use water first and see if there is any issue with the digestion or now. Then move to using it with milk. If you feel any discomfort in your stomach, switch back to using it with water.
