How to Use?
Consume 1 Serving of pre workout 10 minutes before you start your workout in 200-300 ml water.
How much Pre Workout should i consume?
You should start with the recommended serving size of the product. If you find a Pre Workout too strong, you should decrease the serving size and try till you find that sweet spot and likewise, you should increase the serving size if you find the pre workout a little weak.

It is cheap and best as compared with other products available. It contains 30 servings so technically it lasts for a month. Results are also great. Fat loss, i am not sure if it helped in that. go for it
