Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Glutamine is produced in the muscles and is distributed by the blood to the organs that need it. Glutamine helps gut function, the immune system and other essential processes in the body, especially in times of stress. It is also important for providing “fuel” (nitrogen and carbon) to many different cells in the body. Glutamine is needed to make other chemicals in the body such as amino acids and glucose (sugar).
Glutamine Ignition Series™ is a common supplement found in many bodybuilders’ gym bags and in their protein shakes.
During and after a workout session, the body tissues face a scarcity of Glutamine. This scarcity is fulfilled by providing these body tissues with L-Glutamine stored in the muscle tissues. This process deteriorates muscle mass by disintegrating the muscle tissues. A good combination with SOy or whey
It makes a good combination especially with whey if you are looking to cut fat. I usually have glutamine when i am cutting. It’s used to protect muscles from catabolising when on a diet. It’s a decent product. Will recommend it others

Better than Acacia Creatine Ignition Series™ 300 grams
I used Acacia Creatine Ignition Series™ 300 grams but have not seen any significant results whereas Acacia Glutamine Ignition Series™ 300 grams worked for me. I guess it may work for you also.
Issue: It is priced at higher price than Acacia Glutamine Ignition Series™ 300 grams by around Rs. 300/- but i wont mind paying extra bucks for the product that works comparatively to the product that didn’t work for me atleast.

the label of the product was sticking out a bit and that made me a bit apprehensive, but i was ressured by the team acacia that it is genuine. I like the quality and there are some significant changes in muscle size i have experience over last 5 weeks. Though that might b due to Whey Totale.
