How to Use?

Consume 1 Serving after workout in 200-300 ml water. Add Ice to make the shake tastier. It is recommended to use Whey Protein Isolate with water after workouts. However you can dissolve Whey Protein Isolate in Milk when using it at other times of the day.

How much Whey Protein Isolate should i consume?

Depending on your protein requirements, you can use 1 – 4 servings of whey protein isolate per day. You should ideally consume 2x Grams of Protein per Kg of your body weight. If you weigh 70 Kg, you should consume 140 G Protein per day. More than half of this should come from diet and the remaining can come from your Whey Protein Supplements.

When is the right time to consume Whey Protein Isolate?

The best time to consume Whey Protein Isolate is right after your workouts.     i got ON hydro whey today. and took one scoop in the evening before workout. its easily dissolves in water and no clumps found, free shaker is of great use. and great taste too. and gives more energy quickly. i got turbo chocolate. thank u acaciaworld for fast delivery service. use it if you have the budget, its really good.

    Thanx Acacia, excellent delivery within the stated time. Its been 15 days but i really havent noticed anything out of ordinary. I was on your Isolean product before this and somehow i feel that that is a better (and cheaper) alternate to hydro whey which is soo expensive. Its not worth it in my opinion. will go back to isolean

    Everything’s perfect but shaking creates FOAM

    Everything’s perfect. The only problem i faced was it created foam or lather after shaking it in a shaker with milk. I have used tons of other whey proteins and even from ON, but none of them created a foam on the top. That spoils the drink and you just cant take in foams in your mouth. So, now i stir it with a spoon in a glass and have my drink. Taste is great. Results are great too.

    it is by some distance the best whey protein supplement available in the market today. Though it is quite expensive but then it is worth every rupee. It tastes great, digests easily, and gives good results. i.ve seen my arms going from 14 to 15.5 in no time. i was taking on gold standard whey earlier and followed it with hydrowhey which is still not finished…i also add a scoop of creatine to the post workout shake to optimise post workout recovery..
