Directions For Syntha-6:

Recommended Use for Males: Take 1-2 scoops (equaling approx. 22-44 grams of protein) with 4-5 oz. to 8-10 oz. of cold water or any beverage of your choice respectively. Use approximately 4-5 oz of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk.

    Heavy on Stomach (yes) – 2/10 (it should be light on stomach no bloating should be there)
    Ofcourse Protein mixes well and its clumps free but the recovery of muscle from this protein is very less. Also it make your stomach full even you drink this protein with water. it is clearly mentioned on backside it replaces your hunger pranks and contains digestive fibers.I wasted my money on this for 5 lbs tub as Pankaj said there are infact no great results..and please avoid it just consume it in morning.

    Taste is subjective, what one finds tasty, others might not, but this product blew me away….it is so good. I haven’t tried other protein brands yet, but this one is fantastic. I am using a shaker with a metal spring ball inside it, so no problem with mixability. Got my order within 3 days, it is the real deal….definitely 5 stars.
