Acacia has a very transparent and simple Refund policy

In case you cancel your order when the order status is Pending, Processing or On Hold, you will be eligible for a full refund within 48 hours.
Simply call us on 96821 27275 or email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your order for you.
In case you make a pre paid order and your order status is Complete (shipped), we will not be able to cancel your order. You may refuse to accept delivery of the product and once we see the status of shipment as “RTO (Return to Origin)”, we will issue you a refund.
