How to use?

Individual tolerances vary. Ensure you achieve your comfort with each stage before increasing your dosage. Hydroxycut Hardcore® Elite is a super-thermogenic, so be sure to start with one capsule, once daily. Take each serving of Hydroxycut Hardcore® Elite 30 to 60 minutes before your two largest meals of the day (e.g., breakfast and lunch).

Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Avoid snacking, and drink 10 glasses of water each day. Avoid usage within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use Hydroxycut Hardcore® Elite for 60 days in combination with diet and training. Do not use for more than 8 weeks. Read the entire label before use and follow the directions provided.

    Good Product

    I have been working out for the last 2 years now and in between I had only used fat burner twice. It was until recently I decided to buy Hydroxycut Hardcore elite.     Works!!! But not for weak people

    It is a fairly good product. Takes sometime getting used to. Initially it will cause fatigue and dizziness. But work really well. You sweat a lot though. Make sure you drink 3-4 ltrs water. I havent lost any weight but my body has become very defined. I can see major fat loss. Maybe I didnt lose weight because I gained muscle.

    This is not a magical pill. It gives tremendous results if instructions are followed on the label. Use only when you workout and are on a calorie deficit diet. Try looking for ketogenic diet or low carbs diet use the pills. Should lose atleast 8-10kgs in 2 months. Do not use if you don’t workout or diet.
