I am 90 kg in weight and was having a fat in most of the places. But after using it my fat has converted into the muscle and that's true. Also i workout very hard for atleast 3 hours, sometimes i do 40-45 rounds total in a day with 15-20 reps each round. That's why i took this before and after workout. I had used fruit punch & unflavoured both. fruit punch can be used as pre-wo drink but not the unflavoured one. All i can say people who are little bulky and in no shape and are joining gym to get in shape please have this ON Instantized Bcaa 5000 powder it'll work like miracle. IMPOV unflavoured 60 serving is worth to buy for post-workout.

You must need something to keep urself hydrated during the workout..go for this flavoured BCAA,can be easily consumed as taste is good . Muscle recovery is pretty good. If u want to try something as a Inter Workout Supplement , U can give it a shot.

this is my all time favorite bcaa supplement. superb results . I personally don't like flashy too good to be real supplements . but this product always make every penny count . I always prefer unflavored supplements . ONLY THINGS WHICH STILL HAUNTS ME IS THAT THE SEAL OF THE "ON BCAA" WAS NOT UP TO THE MARK. MAY BE THE VENDOR WASNT GOOD FROM WHOM ACACIA IMPORTED IT. REST PRODUCT IS GOOD AND NO ISSUES EXCEPT FAULTY SEAL.
