How to Use?
Consume 1 Serving of pre workout 10 minutes before you start your workout in 200-300 ml water.
How much Pre Workout should i consume?
You should start with the recommended serving size of the product. If you find a Pre Workout too strong, you should decrease the serving size and try till you find that sweet spot and likewise, you should increase the serving size if you find the pre workout a little weak.
Do pre workouts help in muscle growth?
Pre Workouts simply boost your energy, focus and stamina. It will not directly help you build muscle.
