Acacia Healthcare Distribution & Franchise FAQs

Order Placement
  • To make a purchase, please request price list. We will ask you for your details and get in touch with you.
  • Once we get in touch with you and make our inquiries, we will email you our “Net Rates – Price List”
  • You can email us your order on [email protected] 
  • We will send you a P.O. with order and payment details
  • You can make purchase of any amount. Shipping Charges may apply for orders below Rs. 25000 value (excluding taxes).

Earn a Franchise (Monopoly in your area)
  • When we offer you a Franchise, we will also offer you the rights of monopoly in your region. These will be subject to certain conditions which will be discussed before we offer you a Franchise.
  • To earn a Franchise, you need to make purchase from us every month continuously for 3 months.
  • There is no limit of monthly billing, but we encourage you to be competitive.
Payment Terms
  • When we send you a P.O. for your order, we will dispatch the order only once we receive the payment. All payments are to be made in advance till we offer you a Franchise.
  • After we offer you a Franchise, we will evaluate your purchase over the last 3 months and give you Credit based on that.
  • Once we decide your credit limit, we will ask you for a security check of the amount we allow you credit for.
  • There are no Annual, Franchise or any other charges levied by Acacia Pharma to you. All you need to pay for is your order.
Order & Delivery
  • Your orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order/payment confirmation
  • We will provide you tracking details of the shipment on your email id.
  • In case there are some items that go out of stock while processing your order, we will notify you. 
  • Charges of upto Rs. 1000, depending on the shipment weight and size may be levied on you for orders that value less than Rs. 25000.
  • Orders with value of Rs. 25000 and above have no shipping and delivery charges.
Returns & Refunds
  • You are entitled to return an order or a part of the order within 15 days of delivery.
  • We urge you to please check the product expiry dates, damages or any other issues with the order carefully at the time of delivery of the order.
  • To return the order, you can simply call us on our customer care number or email us the details of the products you wish to return to us.
  • The returns are free. Acacia Pharma reserves the right to refuse to receive back an item or a shipment where the return reason is inappropriate.
  • We will also not accept returns if the reason for return (like damage to the product) is caused at your end.
  • After 15 days of delivery we will not accepts return of the order.
