We ship your orders using Air & Surface Shipment fulfilled by FedEx, Aramax and IndiaPost. In case your Location is not covered by FedEx or Aramax we will ship your order using Speed Post.

Shipment speed depends upon Your Location, Weight of the Shipment and the Type of Delivery service you choose. Your orders will be delivered to you within 1-9 working days from the Day of Dispatch. Lighter products (below 1 Kg) are delivered faster, within 1-4 working days. You can know the actual estimated days of delivery when you track your order.

We usually dispatch the orders booked before 11 am on the same working day. The orders booked after 11 am will be dispatched on the next working day. For example, if you place an order on Friday, 3 pm, we will dispatch your order on Saturday from our warehouse. If you place an order on Saturday, 3 pm, we will dispatch your order by Monday.

In some circumstances it may take 2-3 working days to dispatch an order. This is very rare but is a possibility. In this case we will inform you via email.

Please understand that DISPATCH means completing the order and handing it over to our Logistics Partner.

Once you place an order, we process it and generate an AWB (Tracking Number). We will email and SMS you this tracking number and you can then use this number to track your order.

You can also visit your account page, go to My Orders and Track your order from there. You can also, simply use the tracking number provided to you and track it on the tracker provided on the top left corner of the homepage.

Please do not accept any package that is damaged. Notify us immediately. We will either resend the item(s) you have ordered or we shall refund the whole amount you paid to us. In case you do receive the package because it looks all right on the outside, but is damaged from the inside please read our Return & Refund Policy.

Zero shipping charges on products above Rs 499. Surface Shipping is free on all products. We charge extra shipping charges (optional) for Express (Air) Delivery. This amounts to just ₹50 per Kg. Express shipping is for those who want their products to be delivered to them ASAP. To know if it is advisable to pay extra for your location and order, please contact our Customer Care.
