How do you ship your orders?

We ship your orders using Air & Surface Shipment fulfilled by FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and IndiaPost. In case your Location is not covered by FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express or Xpressbees, we will ship your order using Speed Post.

How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?

Shipment speed depends upon Your Location, Weight of the Shipment and the Type of Delivery service you choose. Your orders will most probably be delivered to you within 2-5 working days from the Day of Dispatch. Heavier orders that are shipped via Surface Transport may take 3-9 days to be delivered. You can know the actual estimated days of delivery when you track your order.

How long do you take to dispatch an order?

We usually dispatch the orders booked before 11 am on the same working day. The orders booked after 11 am will be dispatched on the next working day. For example, if you place an order on Friday, 3 pm, we will dispatch your order on Saturday from our warehouse. If you place an order on Saturday, 3 pm, we will dispatch your order by Monday.

In some circumstances it may take 2-3 working days to dispatch an order. This is very rare but is a possibility. In this case we will inform you via email or Phone.

Please understand that DISPATCH means completing the order and handing it over to our Logistics Partner.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, we process it and generate an AWB (Tracking Number). We will email and SMS you this tracking number and you can then use this number to track your order.

To track your order, use the Tracking number provided in the Shipping email.

You can also track your order on Acacia World website. You will find a “Track” button on top right of the website. Click on that and enter your order number along with your registered email id and you will be able to track your order.

I have been waiting for over 9 days and have not yet received my order. What do I do?

You may directly call our Logistics Partner on the following Toll free numbers and book a complaint. FedEx: 18004194343 and let them know our Docket Number (Tracking Number). Your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. You may also contact Acacia World and our customer care executives will see that your issue is resolved as soon as possible.

What happens if the package I received is damaged?

Please do not accept any package that is damaged. Notify us immediately. We will either resend the item(s) you have ordered or we shall refund the whole amount you paid to us. In case you do receive the package because it looks all right on the outside, but is damaged from the inside please read our Return & Refund Policy.

What are the shipping charges on Acacia World?

Shipping is Free on Acacia World for orders with value over Rs. 499. We may charge some shipping fees for some items that are priced below Rs. 499. In case a shipping Fee is being charged, you will see that when you checkout or on the product page itself. You will not be charged anything above your final amount when you place an order.
