Sealed Products- If the product’s seal is intact and is not hampered in any way

  • We will arrange for someone to come and pick up the product and will replace it with another.
  • In case you want a refund for the product we will be happy to do so.

 

Unsealed, Used Product- In case if the seal of the product is broken or the product has been used

  • Explain us the problem.
  • In this case you will need to courier the product back to us. Acacia will not take responsibility of collecting the product from you.
  • In case if the product quantity used is less than 20% of the original quantity, we will send you a replacement or refund the whole amount you paid for that particular product.
  • If however, the product quantity used is more than 20%, we will refund only that amount, which corresponds to the quantity remaining.
  • The product that we receive must be unadulterated or you may not be able to avail refund.

Example-If you buy Whey Totale™ 2 lb (900 grams) and use 3 scoops of it (approx. 90 grams) then you are eligible for a full refund or product replacement. If for the same example you use 10 scoops (approx.300 grams) then you will be liable for a refund of 70% of the amount, because you used 30% of the product quantity.

 Balance Payment

Balance Amount: Is the amount that Acacia has to pay to the customer or the customer has to pay to Acacia. The Balance may be a full refund or partial refund. In case you exchange the product with some other, we will provide you the Balance amount payable by you or to you by Acacia. Balance amount can be paid by the following methods.

Online Payment: If you choose online payment option while purchasing the product, then the balance amount will be transferred back to you via online transfer.

NEFT, Cash On Delivery: In case you use any of these options, the balance amount will be transferred to your bank account, which you will have to provide us when asked for.

In case if the product is being exchanged for another product, the balance amount can be charged in the form of Cash On Delivery payment. At the time of refund, our customer care representative will contact you and discuss the best possible option for you to get/pay the balance amount.

If you did not purchase our product from www.acaciaworld.com; In order to be eligible for a refund or a product replacement, you need to provide us the original copy of the invoice. The invoice should either be couriered along with the product or be handed over the person who comes to collect the product back from you. If you purchased it from www.acaciaworld.com, we will send for the replacement on the same address as was given during the purchase.

  1. We cannot arrange for a refund or replacement for unsealed (used) products. Once the seal has been removed, the guarantee is void.
  2. Before you open the seal, please verify the authenticity of the product. You can visit Authenticity Check and learn how your product is authentic. You may call our customer service if you have any doubts.

Acacia will help you get your products returned back to us only in case of Sealed Products

 

Balance Payment

  • We will arrange for someone to come and pick up the product and will replace it with another.
  • In case if the item you ordered is out of stock, we will be happy to refund the amount payed by you.
  • Returns are accepted in case of Damage during transportation, Wrong product shipped & Defect in the product.
  • The return will only be accepted if the defect is notified to Acacia World within 14 days of Delivery of the product(s).

 

Unsealed, Used Product- In case if the seal of the product is broken or the product has been used

  • Once the product (Apparels or Accessories) have been used, they will not be liable for exchange.
  • The exchange can happen only in special circumstances or if there is a warranty mentioned on the product(s).
  • In case if the product is covered under warranty, you will need to courier the product back to us. Acacia will not take responsibility of collecting the product from you.
  • In case you want us to get your product picked up, please go through the "Reverse Pick up" Tab.

Acacia World will help you get your products returned back to us.

Sealed Products: In case if the product is sealed, we will arrange for a reverse pick up.

Unsealed, Used Products: In case if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken or tampered, we will arrange for a reverse pickup only if you are willing to exchange the product with some other product. If you simply wish to return the product, we will not arrange for any pick up. Please note that the reverse pickup charges will amount to Rs. 60 per KG of shipment weight.

Sealed Products Example: If you wish to return Glutamine 300 G. You will need to pay Rs. 60, if you are willing to exchange it with some other product. If you wish to return Gladiz Mass Gainer 6.6 LB (3 KG), you will need to pay Rs. 180 (3x3 KG) if you wish to replace it with some other product.

Please note that the reverse pick up can only be arranged in the following locations:

If your pin code does not fall under these locations, you will need to ship the product to us. Acacia will not pay for shipping in this case. Please note: Coupon codes cannot be used when making product exchange.

PROTEIN BARS

Protein Bars (My Protein, Muscletech, RiteBite etc in the category "Protein Bars") can not be replaced or returned. We take great care in shipping Protein Bars, however, there may be small damage incurred on the package during transportation. This does not compromise the integrity of the bar in any way.

Please note: Acacia World reserves the right to reject or accept a return. We accept returns only when we deem the reason for return to be a genuine one and not a malicious intent. Also, we will not entertain returns if you simply want to return a product without any proper reason. In this case we may ask you to ship the product back to Acacia World yourself, since through no fault of Acacia World's you decided to make a return.
