Had a 12 Lbs Chocolate, two years back from healthkart. Nice bulk I had. Again I started working out recently, bought a 12lb pack from you guys (the price was quite attractive), I took it with low fat milk, 1 serving of ON creatine monohydrate, Post workout. Now about the product..I am buying the Serious mass On for the 2nd time from Acacia. Before I used to buy it locally. The way I used it to gain weight was taking 1.5 to 2 scoops daily 3 times. Morning, Before hitting Gym @ evening and at night before sleeping. Remember to do exercise or else you start getting fat at unwanted areas.

On serious mass is the best weight gainer . I hv used 12 lbs packet . I started it on 11 January and lasts till 19 feb . It helped in gaining 7 kgs . My diet was normal but my workout was very hard . Thumbs up for ON

I am a classic entomorph since childhood...thought of seriously gaining weight now and did a lot of research...99% people with whom i talked (who also were underweight and then gained a lot) suggested to go with serious mass...online reviews also helped a lot... So here goes my experience with ON serious mass: Did gym 4 days a week in a combination of chest+tricep, back+biceps, shoulders+abs and legs, Concentrated mainly on heavy weight and reps of 4-8. 100 gms of serious mass twice with full fat milk with extra diet like eggs, peanut butter, brown bread. Gained 7 kgs in 1.5 months by consuming one 12 lb packet of serious mass. Now using ON gold standard whey to put on muscle mass while weight gain is around 0.5 kg/month. Weight actually shot to 73 kgs due to tummy but when i stopped taking serious mass with combination of abs, reduced by 2 kgs and tummy is flat now. All other parts, its muscle gain and weight gain is constant even if i had't been to gym for last 2 months but of course taking diet more than normal. I think serious mass increased my appetite as well. So guys, ON alone will not do anything but with right exercise and diet also need to be followed, it will prove to be the best in market. P.S.
