HOW TO USE
If you workout in the morning/afternoon:
- 1 Serving Amino Energy in 100-200 ml water to be consumed during Workout
- 1 Scoop ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, 10-15 mins after workout
- (Optional) 1 Opti Men capsule 10 – 20 mins before lunch
- (Optional) 1 Opti Men capsule 10-20 mins before dinner
