HOW TO USE

If you workout in the morning/afternoon:

  • 1 Serving (2 tablets) Superior Amino to be consumed 30 mins before workout
  • 1 Serving (2 tablets) Superior Amino to be consumed right after workout
  • 1 Scoop ON Gold Standard 100% Whey + 1 Scoop ON Creatine, 15-20 mins after workout
  • 1 Scoop ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, between lunch and dinner
  • 1 Scoop ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, at night, 20 – 30 mins before going to bed
  • (Optional) 2 Capsules ZMA/Testosterone Booster just before going to sleep.

 

If you workout late in the evening:

  • 1scoop ON Gold Standard 100% Whey, in the evening 1 hour before workout
  • 1 Serving (2 tablets) Superior Amino to be consumed 30 mins before workout
  • 1 Serving (2 tablets) Superior Amino to be consumed right after workout
