HOW TO USE

If you workout in the morning/afternoon:

  • (Optional) 1 Serving Pre Workout to be had 5-10 mins before workout.
  • 1 Scoop BCAA in 200 ml water to be consumed during Workout
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein 10-15 mins after workout
  • 1 Multivitamin capsule 10 – 20 mins before lunch
  • 1/3rd scoop Whey + 2/3rd scoop Casein in the evening (4-6 pm)
  • 1 Multivitamin capsule 10-20 mins before dinner
  • 1 Scoop Casein at night, 20 – 30 mins before going to bed
  • 2 capsules Testosterone Booster/ZMA just before sleeping

 

If you workout late in the evening:

  • (Optional) 1 Serving Pre Workout to be had 5-10 mins before workout.
  • 1 Scoop BCAA in 200 ml water to be consumed during Workout
  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein 10-15 mins after workout.
  • 2 capsules Testosterone Booster/ZMA just before sleeping
  • 1 Multivitamin capsule 10-20 mins before breakfast
  • 1 Scoop Casein, just before or with breakfast
  • 1 Multivitamin capsule 10-20 mins before lunch
  • 1/3rd scoop Whey + 2/3rd scoop Casein in the evening 30 mins before workout

 

If you have issues with recovery, use Whey Isolate instead of Whey Concentrate and add Glutamine to your stack.
